Creating & Sending Quotes
Step 1: Create the Quote
- Navigate to Quotes in the main menu
- Click "New Quote" button
- Select or create the customer
- Add customer name, email, phone
- Add service address
- Add billing address if different
- Save customer for future quotes
- Add line items for services
- Select from your service catalog
- Or add custom line items
- Adjust quantities and pricing
Step 2: Add Details
- Click the Details tab
- Add any important notes or special instructions
- Set an expiration date (recommended: 7-14 days)
- Optional extras:
- Add a deposit requirement
- Include your terms and conditions
- Add photos or attachments
Step 3: Preview & Review
Click Preview to see exactly what your customer will see. Check for:
- Correct pricing and line items
- Professional appearance with your branding
- Clear description of services
- Valid expiration date
Step 4: Send to Customer
- Click Send Quote
- Choose delivery method:
- Email (recommended) - Customer gets a clickable link
- SMS - Short link sent via text message
- Copy Link - Share manually via any channel
- Print - Physical copy with QR code to accept online
- Add a personal message (optional)
- Click Send
- Quote status updates to "Sent"

Track all quotes from the Quotes page. Status indicators show:
- Draft - Not yet sent to customer
- Sent - Delivered, waiting for response
- Viewed - Customer has opened the quote
- Accepted - Customer signed and approved
- Declined - Customer rejected the quote
- Expired - Past expiration date without response
Automatic Notifications
Get notified of quote activity:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Enable quote notifications:
- Quote Viewed - Know when customers are interested
- Quote Accepted - Celebrate and schedule the job
- Quote Declined - Follow up with questions
- Choose email, push, or both
Viewing Acceptance Details
For accepted quotes, you can see:
- Click on any accepted quote
- Scroll to "Acceptance Details":
- Digital signature image
- IP address of signer
- Timestamp of acceptance
- Device and browser used
- Download signed PDF for your records
- This information is legally binding proof of agreement

- Unique token - Each quote has a unique, unguessable URL
